Aperol Pops

The search for ways of staying cool and refreshed in this heat wave continues. I've bought a set of ice lolly moulds and am experimenting with using San Pellegrino (blood orange flavour in a can) with just a dash of Aperol. Looking forward to trying the results this afternoon.
