Sunrise

The “Hounds of the Baskervilles” were howling at about 4.30 am, on the plus side it meant I saw the sunrise. With the forecast heat we went to Tramore early for a walk race on the beach, they had to be distracted while I went to see the single bee orchid (see extra), I also managed a short swim, to cool down. Bubbles & Kola swam, but Bear wasn’t keen. At the end of the day it cooled down dramatically from the 30 degrees it had reached.
