MonoMonday Challenge - 232 Diligence

I pick diligence for my first topic, a virtue.  The compliment goes to Max, now a master bike builder!  He is doing wonderful things in his garage from designing the frames for his customers, designing his own innovative frame jig, to cutting, bending, fitting, brazing, filing and sanding and more.  I am really impressed!  

Tonight I took delivery of my custom bike of which you will surely see more pictures as I get it dialed in and hopefully start to rack up some mileage!!  For now I reveal a picture of Max and some details from his shop in the extras. :)
