Pete and Diamond

Another hot day but we took a little bike ride early this AM and came upon Kara and her steer. She is training them and raising them and they will one day be oxen. She was out this morning working them so she will be ready for the local fair next week where she will show them off. I think that training the steer qualifies for the  virtue of diligence:)
