Aquamarine/Nanna K's Day

Camp day 5. Time on the porches

Decided to count ( for first time) the pancakes made this morning. 129. ( 7 at a time in the Swedish plattar pan). The grandkids appear at their own rate... Oskar first today followed by Fiona who texts to see if its time ( I tell her if it’s too early). Then later Nik and, making it before noon, Tatum who had 35 she says. There are 7 leftover. Maple had a few.
Very windy all night and morning. The boys, H and I worked on a new faerie chair... hopefully an awesome art piece that will be installed tomorrow.
Fiona made her own treasure hunt with clever clues..she’s thinking she will do it next year and has good ideas. “Hearts”is the card game of choice this year and K had everyone playing at the “tall house” porch in the sun after lunch. (while H and I got a wee nap! Thank you P and K!) )There was an ice cream run by boat and lots of just messing about. K did some trail work and Maple got stung by bees! A bit subdued after that. Son P with his girls at great salmon dinner in the “dining pavilion”.
BW for variety.
Still exhausted.
