Sweetpea

I was suffering from acute back pain last night and had little to no sleep, so much so I went home from work this morning. A trip to the Pharmacy for some Anti Inflammatories and an urgent appointment with the Physio ( he was crook yesterday) saw me leaving better than I was when I walked in. Quite a bit of traction made me feel a lot more comfortable.
