Now to mix it all together ;0)

I've been soaking the Christmas cake fruit for a week, and today as I have an annual leave day, I'm going to bring all the cake together and cook it, Guernsey butter, soft brown sugar, moist ground almonds, spices, eggs, etc etc and then the soaked plump fruit, the smell will be wonderful. This may not be an arty blip but cooking is an art in itself! Look large
