Croc on the green at Barton

I took a detour through Barton on the way to the dentist's, 'cos I was a bit early. And I noticed a few logs at various points on the green. It was only as I got close to this one that I realised that it, and a number of others, have been carved to resemble animals.
Rather lovely, isn't it?
