Garden Party

It's July.

It's hats and heels, suits and waistcoats on the Canongate.

It can only be Garden Party time at the Palace.

Today's was, i think, for those nominated because of their community and charity work which is OK as giving this group public thanks and recognition seems to be one of the proper and useful functions of the Head of State.
