Anniversary roses

If you take a close look at this gravestone you'll see the 4th July 1986 date, the day my father died 32 years ago at 61. A relatively young man by today's standards. I am often in Bannockburn on the 4th July to commemorate his passing and to support my mum. I don't often take a wander to the cemetery in Bannockburn where he, and my four grandparents are buried but I took a notion this morning to visit and leave some red roses on behalf of my mum, who sadly has know idea what date it is and has fewer and fewer lucid moments.        .
