Paul's Fresh Fish

Hebden Bridge market this morning to buy some Cod for tonight's meal - Oven-Roasted Cod with Potatoes and Salsa Verde.
Paul sells fish at both Hebden Bridge and Todmorden markets.  A more pleasant, helpful and cheery person would be difficult impossible to find.  He has a very loyal customer following - and his fish is excellent :-)
