Happy 70th Birthday NHS. I’m so proud to be part of this wonderful organisation and for the incredible work every member of it does each and every day; for how inclusive our ‘family’ is in recognising and respecting the role everyone plays from cleaners and support staff all the way up to top consultants and how we all impact on the care of others. How blessed we are in this country to have access to physical and mental health care based on need and not on income. Here’s to the next 70 years.
