DANGER

On the far end of the Montrose beach just down from kinnaber. Practically had it to ourselves again. Nic and Nathan, Kade and me and 5 dogs.

Over did things as there was a fair walk to the beach and back. Legs are killing me and I'm in bed early.

I have fibromyalgia but have been really well for over a year just now. I should still know not to overdo things and get like this because of it.

Hopefully better tomorrow as it's my son Corry and his fiance danni's engagement party!
