H has a new bike, so  he and Selena are going off for a day of off roading.
Makes a change from the road bikes, (but this one is a bit of a beast with really wide handle bars that catch me every time I go past it to go in the garden!).
I had another trip to the bank to sort out another account of my Mum's. Then had a call from her mental health nurse to chat about how she is/isn't doing. Back home and after giving one wall of my bedroom a coat of paint (too hot to do too much),  I had a sit in the garden with my book.
I chatted with R in the evening.
