Kit and Kin

A simply wonderful evening supporting a group of our young Ambassadors at the official reception to mark 70 years I’d be NHS, held at the National Museum of Scotland.

So many highlights but this was the standout moment, when they are met the amazing Kit - 90 years young and a nurse on day one of the NHS in Scotland.

Such a special moment and a special conversation, watching how much respect and love the young people gave her - thanking her and telling her how inspirational she was. Beautiful.
