Cosmic!

The cosmos are out and not yet wilting, the odd background is the polytunnel. A bit of a warm and grey sticky sort of day but I have been catching up with stuff and am now nipping out to an exhibition so will catch up later.

No swimming today, too much red tide and I was advised not to so am being uncharacteristically sensible.
