Seconds Out, Round Two!

Ah, my round I guess...

So my final day of work, which turned out not as busy as it usually is just before a holiday. I'd done a lot of the preparation and handovers earlier in the week so it was normal job stuff... while the girls went off to the Tower Of London and the shops.

On their return we headed out for the night. Ms H was keen to go to the Brewdog pub/diner opposite the theatre for another tick in the box - a drink in a pub. Interestingly she was able to sample an apple cider from the tap and order a half pint without bing asked her age!

Anyway we finished our dinner and boozing with enough time to stagger across the road to The Palace Theatre (through the window in the blip) for part 2 of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child after being left in limbo last night. And woah, that was great... just everything about it and things they were able to do on stage and magic! The story even reached out to the merchandise counters in the foyer! I think what made it different to any other play we've seen is that we already had big attachments to characters in it from years of reading books and watching the films. We absolutely loved it...

So time to settle down for a big flight tomorrow... during the England game :-/ I wonder if they can magic it on the screens?
