The New Restaurant.

There was friendly little café here until about a year ago. It's been deserted until February or so when there was an application for a dining and off licence,, the dining licence being until 2 a.m.The ladies whose flats overlook the place are concerned about the possibility of noisy inebriated groups disturbing them.
We will have to wait and see , when it opens !
