These flowers grow at the entrance to our quiet little neighborhood. But it was not as quiet as I expected when I went out there with my camera. I planned to do some experimental shots, such as lying on the ground and shooting up at the flowers against the sun. But no less than four neighbors drove in and out and stopped to talk in the first few minutes. So I decided not to lie down and cause concern. It's hard enough to explain why I am standing at the entrance taking pictures in the first place!
