Rear view

We went for a stroll early afternoon before the football match started.  Such a hot day, the sea a beautiful blue, the sunlight bouncing off the pale pebbles and the beach full of families and groups of friends all enjoying the weather.  This is a view of the rear of the beach huts, I was attracted by the lines of the shadows.

Then home to half watch the football, looking up from my reading at appropriate times.   A surprisingly successful game.  A quick visit to the allotment and some rather large gooseberries picked, will have to look for some recipes now.
