to all animals - when the conditions are right...

temperatures are warm - the sun is shining - water is lulling at your feet... you just can't help yourself - before you know it - your mouth has stretched wide - and it happens... i couldn't believe it... this little guy was actually looking like he was wanting to take a nap - but others were being pesky around him...

when the yawn began - i was caught off guard... i guess it never occurred to me that gulls might actually yawn, but that's what this is - a big 'ole yawn... it took everything in me - not to let out a huge laugh, i didn't want to offend him - but it sure did make for...
