Park life

Another tourist parkrun. This time to Barking.

It was fortunately a very flat course with plenty of shade. Very hot for running.

Met a couple of of tourists before the start which was good. One of the ladies had travelled from Yorkshire which was quite a journey and the other couple had travelled a similar distance to me, from North Kent.

Enjoyed the run and would definitely visit again if the chance arose.
