Invasion !

It has been another very hot day so we had an early cycle ride through the shade of the forest. This afternoon I was surprised to see masses of grasshoppers appearing on the wall outside the kitchen. Can't tell where they are coming from but they seem to have migrated to the shady side. Had to retrieve a couple that had hopped in through the open patio door. Very odd.
