A local businessman Mr X found a whole factory full of
crown glass in Eastern Europe. He was delighted, knowing he'd make
a fucking fortune in Edinburgh.

Mr X ordered a massive shipment of glass to be delivered.

The glass factory were ecstatic, they'd never had such a big order, and
determined to please Mr X invested in modern new glass making machines.

And trashed the 'crappy' wibbly wobbly glass that had
been cluttering up the place.
