Vancouver waterfront development .

I had a lunch appointment with a friend that works at City Hall, which is only a couple blocks from the water so of course that is where I went for today's blip.  Another plus today was the clouds are back. (remind me this winter that I was happy the clouds were back)  I'm really not sure the best challenge tag for this one.  I will go with Patience as they have been trying to get this development going for a long time.
