A big stretch ......

Another little family of House Sparrow fledglings in the garden today ..... 3 little ones to be exact ...... couldn't resist this shot of dad feeding one of them ...... but apologies for the poor quality of the photo as it was through the window at a very difficult angle ...... it was cloudy too so the light was poor :-)

As we were watering the plants last night we spotted 3 Silver Y moths fluttering round the Buddleia ........ have added one as an extra ...... I had to use the flash as it was dusk & they would insist on feeding on the inner part of the bush! :-)

Much cooler today ...... in fact this morning was quite chilly & overcast ..... the sun did make an appearance this afternoon though & it soon warmed up!
