Fish

We ate in a fabulous fish restaurant this evening. I had sea bass baked in sea salt. It formed a hard shell as it cooked and the waitress plated it perfectly. G and E had hake Menorcan style. It was baked in a metal dish with potatoes and vegetables- delicious! As we were leaving the chef brought a huge monkfish into the restaurant to put into the fish display. I had never seen one before.
Very hot today!
