Ramen Nagi

Went to Palo Alto for some errands with Mr. Steggie and we found a new ramen place that is originally a Japanese chain. They let you customize your ramen on individual order sheets. I chose heavy soup base and thin, firmly cooked noodles, and I added a soft-boiled egg, which I know I will love. The chashu kind of tastes like ham, which is unexpected, but otherwise everything is great. Loved the scoop of spicy red sauce too.
