Awards night

A night of drama. It was the Motor Trader Awards evening, and as one of the judges I was there in posh frock attire in the salubrious surroundings of Grosvenor House in London’s Park Lane. Of course, there was something else going on too, so we watched the footie on big screens during dinner. We so wanted England to win, but it was not to be, sadly. With a different and fairer ref, it might have been a different outcome.
