Flora in the Golden Light

I having a little lovefest with my friend Flora at the moment. I think I am really missing having a little girl who spontaneously climbs on my knee. Holds my hand and is genuinely interested in hanging around me. When I mentioned to Flora that the sun was setting and we had about five minutes to catch that light in her eyes before it was gone she actually ran up the stairs. No grumbling, no need to bribe. I love this kid.

Finally made good on my promise to photograph Flora's dad today. We had such a lovely afternoon.
