After a long hiatus our daughter is back with another dance routine to learn for her Chinese School today. It seemed pretty daunting to me, but I'm sure she'll nail it in time to performe for the 2013 Chinese New Year.

We also went to a jumble sale put on by some school pupils on behalf of disadvantaged children in Kenya. Mostlybooks for sale, but also a lovely cake and (faretrade of course) coffee stand. It's always great to see kids giving up their spare time for a good cause.

This is one of the volunteers at one of the books stand. I had to persuade her to kneel down to get close to the books, but am glad she agreed as as it came out surprisingly close to how I wanted.
