Grant Lake

Many small lakes in the mountains nears us. These are readily visible on Google Earth. Some are nameless.

We walked a gated logging road to Grant Lake off Renfrew Road, near Shawnigan Lake. Morning mist on the lake. The photograph was taken at the south end of the lake.

The east side of Grant Lake is private property known as Managed Forest 45, Margaret Forestry Ltd. The company owns 817 hectares of land (2018 acres).
