Waterlily

The waterlilies were still open when I visited them tonight although I suspect as the sun was starting to fall they would soon close for the evening.
A sad day as I attended the funeral of a friend and ex-colleague taken very suddenly and way too early from us. It was a very touching service celebrating his life, full of memories, wit and music. 
I would urge you all to be aware of Sepsis and it's symptoms as it's so difficult to recognise - I'm sure there are lots of other sources but a Scottish charity has been set up to fund research and to raise awareness, the FEAT charity.
