Success!!

The County WI Show today in Carmarthen, well attended and hundreds of entries as always. I was well chuffed to get a first for my hummus and home made flatbread. I forgot to take the cling film off for the photo so you can't see it in all it's glory! Alas it's going straight in the bin as it has been subjected to high temperatures for 24 hours but I'll be making some more for sure( to use up all the remaining flatbreads!) My Aran cushion wasn't placed and I wasn't at all surprisedwhen I saw the beautiful ones on display.
