The rugged cliffs at St Abb's Head were full of the calls of thousands of razorbills, guillemots and kittiwakes as we walked admiring the views stretching from Fife in the north to the castles of Lindisfarne and Bamburgh across the border to the south. Carpets of flowers adorned part of the way but attempts to photo the Northern Argos butterfly were thwarted so instead here is a Small Tortoiseshell.
