Blue hour

A lovely day, we had a great family reunion including my husbands brother, son and grandchild.  So off to the beach we went. We all went in the sea and later watched sand castles and dens being built.  We had such a late lunch back home and ate so much we had to rearrange our evening meal out at a restaurant for an hour later.

The meal was at a very nice place we save for special occasions and was a late fathers day present for my husband.  A lovely meal which started with cocktails outside.  My daughter and I popped out during the meal and caught the sun almost setting, see extra.  When we left to go home the sky was a beautiful colour with the new moon visible and a very bright planet nearby.
