Melrose Abbey

Again, we stayed more local in our wandering today.

We visited Melrose Abbey in the morning, climbing to view the ruins from higher up. I enjoyed the swifts flying in to their nest in the walls, and saw a swallows nest too (see extra).

The afternoon was spent climbing the Eildon Hills. There's an extra shot of a view from the top.
