The view

Another Brenizer method, I watched an interview with Ryan Brenizer and he refers to it as a Bokeh Panorama, which says a lot more.
Not so happy with this one , Photoshop did some weird things with the horizon, so it didnt work quite so well, but given the hour and how forgiving blipsters are of a few blemishes, here tis.
One thin I do need to work out though, ids that viewed large the effect is quite strong, at blip size it looks a bit ordinary, so how to make the effect show at small image size?
