Butterflies on Lavender

It was 100 degrees today, too hot to do much of anything except sit in an air conditioned space. We took a drive through wine country and saw some more lavender fields, but it was so hot I couldn't be out of the car for more than a few minutes.
Grateful today for...homemade boysenberry pie!
