People Watching On A Lazy Bank Holiday Afternoon

Another scorcher at 35 degrees. I visited a couple of small local museums in Koroen and then took a stroll along the Shukugawa. I planned to take a photograph of the Hankyu train through the trees (see extra) but where I sat down there was an intriguing individual; a man wearing a ladies' swim suit taking photographs of a Licca-chan doll. He was taking great care brushing her hair and making sure her posture and the lighting was just right. A true artist.
