Bioluminescent Plankton

After photographing the sunset with friend Darren, we headed to a local pub for a coffee to kill ninety minutes whilst waiting for the sky to get dark for some night photography.

After taking some of the Milky Way over Nash Point Lighthouse, we headed back to Dunraven Bay, Southerndown, as Darren was hoping to get some photo's of the bio-plankton (where the waves turn blue) with the Milky Way. The display wasn't as good as last Wednesday night but I was pleased to take a few with the Milky Way clearly visible with a stunning night sky. Again, loads of photographers there with us until we left at 2.30am.
