Yesterday was great. Great food, great company, great band and great beer, wine and whisky.

Got this as I went to the shops for rolls, bacon, milk. All essential hangover supplies.

Off for a run now to get the rest of the hangover away, with elbow ringing in my ears

Hope the plane is going somewhere hot.
