Cat with Pot

Collected my  raku pot  decorated with Taz fur from Kathleen  Morison today in Stirling.

Each pot is highly individual,  ( see extra photo)  and Kathleen has little control how each one will appear.

For her as a potter that is part of the charm but also nerve-wracking. This one almost ended up smashed on the floor as it was removed from the kiln and slipped off the tongs. She now has a burnt finger as she attempted to grab it but her fellow potter had gloves on and rescued it.
