Set up

This sign gave me a whole load of grief during the parkrun set up today.

I put it upside down, it would stay in position etc etc etc.

The run itself was incredibly hot and probably my least favourite ever.

I did finish in a reasonable time and my face returned to a normal colour within a few hours.
