A bridge

Another shot from the bicycle ride home after work. My mother is doing somewhat better. The new pain medication is working and she had a decent sleep: the first in many days so that was most welcome. Her family doctor has been trying today to schedule an appointment in hospital and has now secured a spot two weeks from now. This is already a huge improvement over the original appointment that was scheduled for the end of August, but not enough in my opinion, so the doctor will continue to explore other options.
