of the Tribe. Every year, Kolieha's booth at the Fair is the first one we visit to pick up another one of these characters. This year it was this colorful parrot. He's in the garden bed with the crow, so it's a bird locale. 

There's a lot of whimsical art at the Country Fair, and some of it ends up in our garden, or on our wall, and we have another character in our story.
