Meadow - sweet.

This plant is growing in profusion on the backs of the Braid Burn . It seems to attract the bees.
In the background is a solitary Police man's Helmet, an invasive species which originated from imported plants grown on river banks as ornamentals. As they have waterborne seeds,they spread rapidly and it is now illegal to grow them ,as they have choked watercourses.
