The last few

These are the last few nigella flowers. But there are lots of amazing seed heads. I pull them out of the ground and scatter them round the garden but still they tend to grow in just place. And that’s the shingle in the front garden. David thought that they were messy and used to pull them out. I like messy and leave them.

After work I’ve been to see the chiropractor for my regular realignment. This time it was my left shoulder that needed adjustment.
