The Bishop Of Speyer

Karl-Heinz Wiesemann, the 96th Bishop of Speyer was in our town today to confirm my little sister's youngest (and others).

This is him walking back to the sacristy after the mass.
You can see his mitre and the crosier in large.
It was an honour to have him in town.

We had coffee and cake afterwords at my sisters place.
My niece is now an adult member of the Catholic Church.
