An experiment...

Had a nice quiet family Sunday.
Myself and youngest son S decided to try out a recipe for Banoffee Pie. You can see the result. We were pretty pleased with it anyway and even brought out the special Stiletto Cake Server in it's honour!
It has now been tested and I believe it has passed the stringent taste test, it will be made again!
